Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
1. Scope and Relationship to Other Policies
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the LIVER DETOX Program, including its website, quiz and funnel pages, member platform, installable web app or progressive web app (PWA) features where available, digital content, educational materials, guides, tools, recommendations, features based on artificial intelligence, subscriptions, and related services (together, the “Service”).
The Service is administered by PMC Baltic FZ-LLC, licence No. 45001684, with its registered address at SFFO0507 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (the “Operator” or “we”).
These Terms set out the general contractual terms for providing the Service. Subscription matters are primarily governed by the Subscription Terms; eligibility for the contractual Money-Back Guarantee and the review of refund requests are governed by the Money-Back Policy, and the processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy.
If the same matter is addressed in more than one applicable document, the following order of priority applies:
- Mandatory law that cannot be waived.
- The terms of the specific purchase clearly displayed and accepted at checkout, or otherwise agreed for the specific purchase.
- Offer-specific promotional terms, where applicable.
- The Subscription Terms: for recurring payments, renewal, cancellation procedures, and the commercial rules of specific subscriptions.
- The Money-Back Policy: for eligibility for the contractual guarantee and the review of refund requests.
- These Terms: for general contractual matters.
- The Privacy Policy: for personal data processing.
2. Operator, Seller and Transaction Participants
PMC Baltic FZ-LLC administers the Service and is the primary contracting party under these Terms, unless another authorized Seller or contracting party for the specific purchase is identified at checkout or in the purchase confirmation, receipt, invoice, or other record of the specific transaction.
The Seller, contracting party, Merchant of Record, payment administrator, payment processor, payment gateway, or acquiring partner may be the same entity or different entities, depending on the transaction, geography, currency, payment method, or payment routing settings.
A payment service provider may process payments, recurring charges, authentication, fraud checks, refunds, reversals, and chargebacks, or provide related support, without thereby becoming the contractual Seller or the data controller of all Service data.
3. Acceptance of the Terms and Electronic Contracting
You may accept these Terms by creating an account, signing in to or using the Service, completing a purchase, selecting an acceptance or purchase confirmation button, or taking another legally valid acceptance action.
Electronic signatures, acceptance by clicking a button or ticking a checkbox, electronic records, and electronic transaction confirmations may be used to form the contract and to prove acceptance of it, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law, we may keep acceptance records, checkout records, purchase confirmations, and related transaction documents for evidence, compliance, security, refund, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes.
4. Eligibility and Age
The Service is intended only for persons aged 18 or over, or who have reached the age of majority set in their jurisdiction, if that is higher.
You may use the Service only if you have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into a contract under these Terms. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method provided for the transaction.
5. Accounts and Security
Where the Service uses an account or member-area access system, you must provide accurate and reasonably up-to-date information and keep your sign-in details or means of access confidential.
Subject to mandatory law, you are responsible for activity that can reasonably be attributed to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access or use, notify us immediately at hello@liverdetoxprogram.app.
Where necessary for security, refunds, fraud prevention, or compliance with legal requirements, we may ask for reasonable verification of identity, account, or payment. Where we reasonably suspect account takeover, fraud, or abuse, we may apply reasonable protective restrictions.
6. Description of the Service
The LIVER DETOX Program is a digital service focused on wellbeing and nutrition. It may include educational content, guides, plans, tasks, recommendations, tools, member-area content, downloadable materials, and other related digital resources.
Certain member platform features, including the virtual coach chat, the kitchen assistant, and meal assessment, may generate responses automatically using artificial intelligence. These features are informational, and their outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a specific situation.
Some parts of the Service may be available before you create an account, while others may require member-area access, sign-in details, a purchase confirmation, email access, a completed quiz, or another means of access.
7. Changes to the Service and Availability
Subject to mandatory consumer rights and the commitments of the specific purchase, we may from time to time add, remove, modify, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, content, artificial intelligence features, interfaces, methods, tools, integrations, or other functionality.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable or its availability may be limited because of maintenance, security restrictions, or technical failures. Future features, roadmap items, and experimental and beta features are not guaranteed unless they are expressly included in legally binding purchase terms.
8. License to Use the Service
Subject to these Terms and the access rights you have purchased, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended personal, non-commercial purposes during the applicable access period.
No ownership rights in the Service, software, content, artificial intelligence configurations, educational materials, tools, design, brand elements, trademarks, or other intellectual property are transferred to you.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, abusively, harmfully, or in breach of these Terms. Among other things, you may not:
- copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or proprietary content, except where expressly permitted;
- reverse engineer, decompile, modify, adapt, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service, or attempt to derive its source code or underlying technology, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law;
- use bots, crawlers, automated data extraction tools, or similar methods, except where expressly permitted;
- interfere with the operation of security, authentication, access control, payment systems, servers, or networks connected to the Service;
- upload or introduce malware or other harmful content;
- impersonate another person, access another account without authorization, or misuse a payment method;
- share, transfer, resell, or commercially exploit subscription access or account sign-in details;
- circumvent promotional offer, account, subscription, or refund limits using linked accounts, payment methods, identities, devices, or other deceptive means;
- use outputs generated by artificial intelligence or tailored to you to make unlawful, harmful, misleading, or prohibited high-impact decisions.
10. User Content and Submissions
When you submit quiz answers, messages or other information through artificial intelligence features, personalization data, feedback, customer support correspondence, refund evidence, or other material through the Service (“User Content”), you keep the ownership rights in that content to the extent they belong to you.
You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to store, process, reformat or convert, transmit, and otherwise use User Content to provide, secure, maintain, personalize, and administer the Service, and for the other purposes actually described in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and that submitting it does not breach applicable law or the rights of third parties.
These Terms do not state that User Content is used to train artificial intelligence models.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, interfaces, quiz logic, educational materials, plans, recommendations, audio or video material where available, artificial intelligence configurations, templates, trademarks, logos, brand elements, and other proprietary material, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, all rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms gives us ownership of third-party or public-domain material merely because it is presented or referenced in the Service.
If you believe that material made available through the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at hello@liverdetoxprogram.app and provide enough information for us to review your claim.
12. Feedback and Suggestions
If you voluntarily submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, or recommendations for improving the Service, we may use them without any obligation to compensate you, provided that this does not transfer to us ownership of unrelated User Content or of material submitted for another purpose.
13. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid access, the commercial terms of specific subscriptions, recurring payments, renewal, cancellation, failed payment handling, and other related subscription processes are governed by the checkout terms of the specific purchase, the purchase confirmation, and the Subscription Terms.
Eligibility for the contractual Money-Back Guarantee, the review of refund requests, and the related refund rules are governed by the Money-Back Policy and applicable law.
These Terms do not by themselves create rights relating to refunds, subscription cancellation, pricing, or payments that conflict with the applicable checkout terms, the Subscription Terms, or the Money-Back Policy.
14. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or be integrated with third-party hosting, database, payment, email, analytics, advertising, artificial intelligence, security, or other technology and service providers.
Where third parties independently control the relevant service, they may operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services that we cannot reasonably control.
15. Personalized and Generated Outputs
The Service may provide plans, recommendations, assessments, educational guidance, food feedback, or other outputs tailored to you or generated, based wholly or partly on the information you provide and your interactions with the Service.
Personalization does not mean that every element is unique or individually created by a specialist. Users who provide similar data may receive similar or partly overlapping content. The usefulness and relevance of outputs may depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
16. Artificial Intelligence Features
Certain features of the Service use artificial intelligence or automated systems to generate or tailor responses, recommendations, explanations, food feedback, or other outputs for you.
Outputs generated by or with the help of artificial intelligence may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, unsuitable for a specific situation, or produced without human review. Before relying on them, you should use reasonable judgment and independently verify important information.
Artificial intelligence features are not licensed medical, nutritional, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other regulated professional services. Subject to applicable law, we may from time to time change the artificial intelligence model, provider, instructions, safety systems, or technical implementation used.
17. Health, Wellbeing and Nutrition Disclaimer
The Service is intended for information, education, self-directed management of habits and daily routines, and general wellbeing. It may discuss nutrition, food choices, habits, lifestyle, wellbeing goals, and related health-adjacent topics.
The Service is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, emergency medical help, or individual medical or dietetic advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, or health condition.
Using the Service does not create a physician and patient, dietitian and client, therapist and client, or other licensed professional relationship.
Before making important decisions about health, nutrition, dietary supplements, diet, medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding, allergies, or a known health condition, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Individual experiences and results vary. No specific weight, health, wellbeing, fitness, lifestyle, or other personal result is guaranteed.
18. No Guaranteed Results
User experiences and results vary. Testimonials, examples, projections, recommendations, plans, assessments, or illustrative results do not guarantee the same result for any particular user.
This section does not release us from the obligation to provide the core Service substantially as described, and does not remove mandatory remedies for defective or non-conforming digital services.
19. Suspension and Termination of Access
Subject to applicable law, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of the Terms, fraud, payment abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, infringement of rights, misuse, account takeover, or legal or operational needs.
When access ends, the license granted under these Terms ends to the corresponding extent, except for rights or provisions that by their nature survive termination. Suspension or termination of access because of a material breach by the user does not by itself give a right to a refund.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties that can lawfully be disclaimed, and we do not guarantee that the Service will operate without interruption or errors, be continuously available, or be suitable for every user.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory warranties, express promises included in the terms of a specific purchase, or consumer remedies that cannot be excluded under law.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages, punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity arising from or related to the Service, to the extent that liability for such losses can lawfully be excluded.
Where permitted by law, our total contractual liability arising from or related to the Service to which the claim relates does not exceed the total amount you actually paid for it in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or a higher minimum amount that applicable law does not allow to be reduced.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury, or mandatory liability to consumers, to the extent applicable.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify PMC Baltic FZ-LLC and its relevant affiliated companies, board members, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and representatives against, or reimburse their costs for, third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, infringement of third-party rights through User Content you submit, fraud, or material breach of these Terms.
This section does not require you to compensate losses caused by our own negligence, to perform our statutory obligations for us, or to assume liability that by law cannot be passed to a consumer.
23. Claims, Evidence and Enforcement of Rights
Subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law, relevant account, acceptance, transaction, access, delivery, customer support, cancellation, communication, usage, and payment records may be used to establish, exercise, or defend rights.
We may reasonably investigate suspected fraud, abuse, misuse of payment or chargeback procedures, infringement of rights, account takeover, or breaches of these Terms. Where required by law or reasonably necessary, we may cooperate with payment networks, acquiring banks, payment service providers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other competent authorities.
24. Governing Law and Mandatory Consumer Rights
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of laws principles, but without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and rights concerning the place of dispute resolution that cannot be waived under law.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protection or statutory remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
25. Electronic Communications
Purchase confirmations, account notices, notices about payments or subscriptions, security, policies, and other transactional or Service-related notices may be delivered electronically, by email, account notifications, on the website, or through another appropriate electronic channel, subject to applicable law.
Consent to receive transactional or Service-related communications under these Terms does not by itself mean consent to receive marketing communications, where these require separate consent or are subject to a right to opt out.
26. Changes to the Service and These Terms
As features, related entities, vendors, business operations, or applicable law change, we may update the Service and these Terms, applying the changes prospectively.
Where required by law, we will give additional or advance notice of material changes. A change does not retroactively alter the terms of a completed purchase or remove rights that have already arisen under mandatory law.
Where express consent is legally required for a material contractual change, we will obtain it rather than relying solely on continued use of the Service.
27. General Contract Provisions
Assignment. Subject to applicable law, we may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a reorganization of affiliated companies, financing, merger, acquisition, sale, transfer of the Service, or similar business transaction. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations except where permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
Force Majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Severability. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, its application is limited or it is severed to the extent required by law, and the remaining provisions stay in effect where permitted.
No Waiver. Not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, the policies incorporated into them, the applicable checkout terms of the specific purchase, and the purchase documents form the contractual basis governing the Service and the relevant purchase.
No Third-Party Rights. Except where applicable law or another binding agreement provides otherwise, these Terms do not create rights for any person who is not a party to them.
Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the provisions.
28. Language
The original version of these Terms is in English. If a translated or localized version differs from the English version, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory local-language requirements remain unaffected.
