Subscription Terms
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Important Subscription Information
LIVER DETOX Program subscriptions may renew automatically. If your purchase includes an introductory, trial, discounted, or other promotional period, recurring payments may begin when it ends, according to the terms displayed at checkout and accepted by you. The subscription renews according to the billing interval and commercial terms disclosed before purchase.
To stop future recurring payments, you must cancel the subscription before its next renewal is processed. Non-use of the Service, inactivity, failure to read communications, removing the means of access, or ceasing to use the Service does not cancel the subscription.
Valid charges for a billing period that has already begun are generally non-refundable once access to the Service has been provided, except where mandatory law, an expressly offered Money-Back Guarantee, or a voluntary exception granted by the Seller applies.
The plan, the amount payable, the terms of any introductory or promotional offer, the renewal price, the billing interval, the subscription duration, and the other commercial terms of the specific purchase are displayed at checkout. They may also appear in the purchase confirmation or the transaction record.
1. Scope and Relationship to Other Terms
These Subscription Terms govern recurring subscriptions and the related digital access provided through the LIVER DETOX Program, including plans, educational content, guides, tools, recommendations, features based on artificial intelligence, member-only content, downloadable materials, and other subscription features.
These Subscription Terms supplement the checkout terms of the specific purchase, the Terms of Service, the Money-Back Policy, the Privacy Policy, and any offer-specific conditions that apply to your purchase.
1.1 Service Operator, Seller and Transaction Participants
The LIVER DETOX Program is operated by PMC Baltic FZ-LLC. Unless the checkout, purchase confirmation, receipt, invoice, or other transaction record expressly identifies another authorized Seller or Merchant of Record, PMC Baltic FZ-LLC is the contracting party for direct website purchases.
A payment service provider may process payments, recurring charges, authentication, fraud checks, refunds, reversals, and chargebacks, or provide payment support, without thereby becoming the contractual Seller.
1.2 Order-Specific Terms and Order of Priority of Documents
If the same matter is addressed in more than one applicable document, the following order of priority applies:
- Mandatory consumer protection law that cannot legally be waived.
- The terms of the specific purchase clearly displayed and accepted at checkout.
- Offer-specific promotional or Money-Back Guarantee terms, where applicable.
- These Subscription Terms: for subscription-related matters.
- The Terms of Service: for general contractual matters.
The checkout information and the purchase confirmation set the commercial terms of the specific purchase, including the selected plan, any introductory or promotional period, the initial charge, the renewal price, the billing interval, the subscription duration, the promotional terms, and the Seller or Merchant of Record of the specific purchase.
Personal data related to checkout, payments, subscriptions, access, refunds, payment disputes, fraud, and chargebacks is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Subscription Access
A LIVER DETOX Program subscription may provide access to educational materials, plans, tasks, guides, recommendations, tools, features based on artificial intelligence, member-only content, downloadable materials, audio or video content where available, and other features included in the subscription purchased at checkout.
Subscription access is personal, non-transferable, and licensed for the applicable access period. It does not grant ownership of the software, generated results, recommendations, documents, media content, or other intellectual property made available through the Service.
Features, content, methods, tools, artificial intelligence features, recommendations, page layouts, delivery methods, and other functionality may be added, removed, updated, replaced, limited, or discontinued from time to time, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the commitments of the specific purchase.
3. Subscription Start and Supply of Digital Access
Your subscription starts when the purchase is successfully completed or the subscription is activated, not when you first sign in or start actively using the Service.
Digital access may be considered supplied when your account or member-area access is activated, sign-in becomes possible, an access link is delivered, content is provided, or the relevant subscription feature otherwise becomes available.
For the Service to be considered supplied, it is generally not necessary for you to actually view, open, listen to, download, or use the content.
If access has been provided but you entered an incorrect email address, did not open the email, did not sign in, the email went to your spam folder, or you chose not to use the Service, this does not by itself mean that the Service was not supplied. Nothing in this section limits mandatory statutory rights.
4. Plans, Introductory Offers and Promotions
One or more subscription options may be offered. Depending on the specific offer, a subscription may include a free, paid, discounted, or otherwise promotional introductory period, or may be offered without an introductory period.
The duration of the introductory period, the amount payable, the regular renewal price, the renewal frequency, the eligibility criteria, and other commercial terms are set by the terms displayed at checkout and accepted by you.
If an offer is called a “trial” but requires payment, the amount stated at checkout applies. A paid introductory period does not become free merely because it is called a trial.
Separate one-time or recurring add-ons may be offered after or together with the initial purchase. Their price, duration, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and included features are governed by the specific add-on offer and the checkout terms you accepted when purchasing it. Purchasing or cancelling one product does not automatically mean purchasing or cancelling another separately billed product, unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Automatic Renewal
Unless the terms of the specific purchase expressly state that the subscription does not renew, a recurring subscription continues and renews automatically according to the billing interval stated at checkout until it is cancelled.
An introductory or promotional price may apply only to the first applicable period. Subsequent payments are made according to the renewal terms disclosed before purchase.
Non-use of the Service, inactivity, not signing in, failure to read communications, or ceasing to use the means of access does not stop the subscription from renewing.
7. Payment Processing and Failed Payments
You must meet the valid payment obligations arising under the subscription terms accepted at checkout.
If a validly due amount cannot be charged, the applicable payment service provider may retry the payment where technically possible and permitted by law. We or the applicable payment service provider may also ask you to update your payment method, restrict or suspend access, or, where appropriate, terminate the subscription.
The provisions on payment retries do not create a new billing period after a valid cancellation has already taken effect.
Charges appear on your bank or card statement as “allmembership”. A descriptor that differs from the brand shown to customers does not by itself mean that a transaction was unauthorized.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To prevent the next renewal, the cancellation must take effect before that renewal is processed.
A subscription purchased directly on the website can be cancelled by contacting Customer Support by email at hello@liverdetoxprogram.app. If a cancellation function is available for your subscription in your account, you may also follow the cancellation instructions provided there.
We recommend cancelling sufficiently before the renewal date to allow time for the request to be processed. This recommendation does not create a separate contractual deadline, applicable in all cases, under which the subscription must be cancelled 24 or 48 hours in advance.
If you request cancellation by email, we may ask for information reasonably necessary to identify and verify the relevant account or subscription.
CANCELLATION DOES NOT BY ITSELF GIVE A RIGHT TO A REFUND.
- A cancellation that has taken effect normally stops future renewals.
- Cancellation does not reverse a charge that has already been validly made.
- Cancellation does not trigger an automatic refund or a refund of a proportionate part.
- Access normally remains available until the end of the paid access period, unless a refund, a reversal of the transaction, suspension or withdrawal of access, or applicable law requires otherwise.
A refund request does not automatically cancel the subscription. If you want to stop future recurring payments, you must complete the cancellation steps separately.
9. Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee
9.1 General Refund Rule
Once the applicable billing period has begun and access to the Service has been provided, validly charged subscription fees are generally considered final and non-refundable, except where mandatory law, a Money-Back Guarantee expressly offered for the specific purchase, or a voluntary exception granted by the Seller applies.
No refund, in full or in proportionate part, is made automatically merely because you did not use the Service, cancelled the subscription after a valid charge, forgot to cancel, changed your mind, purchased by mistake, or expected different subjective results, although the Service was provided substantially as described.
9.2 Money-Back Guarantee, Refund Requests and Evidence
A contractual Money-Back Guarantee applies only if it was expressly offered for the specific purchase. Publishing the Money-Back Policy does not by itself create a guarantee for every transaction.
Eligibility for the contractual Money-Back Guarantee is governed by the offer-specific terms and the separate Money-Back Policy.
When reviewing a refund, billing, technical, or dispute matter, we may ask for reasonably necessary information, such as proof of purchase, account or purchase details, transaction information, screenshots or recordings, technical information, or a more detailed description of the issue.
Subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law, we may review relevant checkout and acceptance records, purchase confirmations, subscription status, access and delivery records, usage records, customer support history, cancellation records, refund history, payment-provider records, fraud indicators, and chargeback history.
9.3 Circumstances That Do Not Create a Right to a Refund
Except where mandatory law or an expressly applicable Money-Back Guarantee provides otherwise, a refund is not automatically due merely because:
- you did not use the Service or did not have enough time to use it;
- you forgot to cancel the subscription before it renewed;
- you changed your mind or purchased by mistake;
- you found the plan or content too easy, too difficult, or unsuited to your personal preferences, although the Service was provided substantially as described;
- you did not achieve the weight, health, wellbeing, lifestyle, or other personal result you expected;
- you did not read the clearly presented checkout, subscription, renewal, or cancellation terms;
- you experienced email, device, internet, sign-in, or settings problems within your control, although the Service was available.
10. Immediate Supply of Digital Access and Mandatory Consumer Rights
Digital access to the Service may be provided immediately after purchase or activation.
Where required by applicable law, any express consent, acknowledgment, checkbox, or other mechanism concerning the immediate supply of digital content or services or the statutory right to withdraw from the contract must be captured in the relevant purchase flow. This wording alone does not create such consent or acknowledgment.
Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, including mandatory rights concerning digital content or services that are defective, not in conformity with the contract or its description, or unavailable.
11. Price and Subscription Changes
Future subscription prices, plan structure, or subscription features may change prospectively, subject to applicable law.
Where required by law, advance notice of a material price or subscription change will be given. Where applicable, you may cancel the subscription before a changed recurring price takes effect.
A prospective change does not retroactively alter a completed transaction or the terms of the specific purchase already accepted for the current billing period.
12. Billing Questions and Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact Customer Support first at hello@liverdetoxprogram.app so that we can investigate and try to resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Subscription Terms prevents you from exercising non-waivable rights with your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider, or under applicable law.
If a chargeback has already been initiated through a payment service provider, or a payment dispute is under review, for the same transaction, a parallel discretionary refund review by the Seller may be paused until the dispute is resolved, to avoid a duplicate refund.
Submitting a complaint, a refund request, or a payment dispute does not by itself cancel the subscription or stop future renewals.
13. Changes to These Subscription Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms prospectively to reflect changes in the Service, subscription administration, payment infrastructure, business operations, or legal requirements.
Where required by law, we will give additional or advance notice of material changes. Changes do not retroactively alter the terms of completed transactions.
Where express consent is legally required for a material contractual change, we will obtain it rather than relying solely on continued use of the Service.
14. Language and Electronic Communications
The original version of these Subscription Terms is in English. If a translated version differs from the English version, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory local-language requirements remain unaffected.
Notices about subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations, security, policies, and other transactional matters may be delivered electronically by email, account notifications, notices on the website, or another appropriate electronic channel, subject to applicable law.
