Money-Back Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
1. Scope and Order of Priority
This Money-Back Policy applies to eligible LIVER DETOX Program purchases for which a contractual Money-Back Guarantee was expressly offered at or near checkout.
Publishing this Policy does not by itself mean that a Money-Back Guarantee applies to every purchase.
For refund-related matters, the following order of priority applies:
- Mandatory law that cannot legally be waived.
- Offer-specific Money-Back Guarantee terms that were expressly displayed and accepted at purchase.
- This Money-Back Policy.
- The Subscription Terms and the Terms of Service: for general billing or contractual matters not specifically addressed above.
The Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data related to refund review, evidence, disputes, fraud, and chargebacks.
2. When the Contractual Money-Back Guarantee Applies
Unless the applicable offer expressly states a different period, a request under the contractual Money-Back Guarantee may be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase covered by the guarantee.
The contractual Money-Back Guarantee applies only if:
- the guarantee was expressly offered for the relevant purchase at or near checkout;
- the purchase was made directly through the LIVER DETOX Program website, unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise; and
- all applicable conditions of this Policy and of any offer-specific guarantee terms are satisfied.
The contractual Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the initial qualifying payment, unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise.
Subscription renewals, recurring payments, extensions, upgrades, add-on services or products, upsell offers, credit packs, and other separate purchases are excluded from the contractual Money-Back Guarantee unless the applicable offer expressly states that they are included.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible under the contractual Money-Back Guarantee, all applicable conditions must be satisfied:
- Your request must be submitted within the applicable contractual guarantee period.
- Your request must concern the initial qualifying payment, unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise.
- You must genuinely follow and use the purchased LIVER DETOX Program for at least 7 consecutive days.
- You must provide evidence you collected yourself showing the required use and participation on each of those days, as described below.
- The transaction, the applicable offer, the account, and the purchase information must be reasonably identifiable and verifiable.
- Your request must be submitted by email to hello@liverdetoxprogram.app, subject to mandatory law.
- Your request should be sent from the email address used for the purchase, or you must otherwise provide sufficient information for us to verify the account and the transaction.
- The evidence must not be manipulated, falsified, materially incomplete, or misleading.
4. Participation, Actual Use and Evidence
Unless the applicable offer expressly sets a different participation rule, to qualify for the contractual Money-Back Guarantee you must genuinely follow the purchased LIVER DETOX Program for 7 consecutive days.
Active participation may include completing lessons, steps, sessions, tasks, activities, or educational materials, using tools, or completing other required elements of the purchased plan. Where the plan specifies activities that must be completed within a given period, they must be completed to the extent they are reasonably available during the 7-day participation period.
You must provide evidence you collected yourself showing active participation on each of the 7 required days. This may include dated screenshots, screen recordings, videos, timestamps, or other equivalent evidence captured at the time, showing the relevant activity for each day.
Evidence may include information from your LIVER DETOX Program dashboard or member area showing your progress, completed lessons, steps, sessions, tasks, or other qualifying activity under the purchased plan.
Subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law, we may also review supplementary records: proof of purchase, checkout and acceptance records, the purchase confirmation, account activation data, delivery and access records, sign-in and session history, content access and progress records, cancellation records, support communications, refund history, payment-provider records, fraud indicators, and chargeback history.
Records held by the company are used as a supplementary means of verification and do not by themselves replace the requirement to provide evidence you collected yourself, unless we expressly waive that requirement.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the authenticity and completeness of the evidence, actual use, the transaction details, and eligibility under the guarantee.
The 7-day period for submitting a request under the contractual guarantee is intended to let you meet the requirement to use the program for 7 consecutive days and submit your request immediately after completing the seventh day. No separate cutoff before the subscription renewal applies after which the right to use the Money-Back Guarantee would be lost.
5. What the Contractual Guarantee Does Not Cover
Except where mandatory law or an expressly applicable offer-specific guarantee provides otherwise, the following circumstances do not by themselves create a contractual right to a refund:
- you forgot to cancel, or did not cancel in time, before the subscription renewed;
- you changed your mind or purchased by mistake;
- you did not have enough time to use the Service or follow the program;
- you did not actively use, or did not open, the content provided;
- your travel plans, schedule, priorities, or personal circumstances changed;
- you found the plan, lessons, recommendations, tools, or activities too easy, too difficult, or unsuited to your personal preferences, although the Service was provided substantially as described;
- you did not achieve the weight, health, wellbeing, fitness, lifestyle, or other personal result you expected;
- you expected the subscription to end automatically, although the information about recurring payments was clearly presented;
- you experienced device, internet, software, email, sign-in, or account settings problems within your control, although access to the Service was provided;
- you provided incorrect or incomplete information that affected the personalization of the program or your use of it;
- you did not read the clearly presented checkout information, Subscription Terms, Terms of Service, or policies.
Financial hardship or other financial reasons do not by themselves create a contractual right to a refund merely because the subscription, introductory offer, renewal, billing, or cancellation terms were misunderstood, overlooked, or not read.
6. Cancellation, Renewals and Unused Time
A refund request and a cancellation are separate processes.
- Submitting a refund request does not automatically cancel the subscription.
- Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically create a refund request.
- To stop future recurring payments, the cancellation must take effect before the next renewal is processed.
A subscription purchased directly on the website can be cancelled by email at hello@liverdetoxprogram.app. If a cancellation function is available for your subscription in your account, you may also follow the instructions provided there.
We recommend cancelling sufficiently before the renewal date to allow time for the request to be processed. This recommendation does not create an additional Money-Back Guarantee condition or a rule under which the right to use the guarantee would be lost.
Except where a valid contractual Money-Back Guarantee, an exception granted at our discretion, a confirmed billing error, a remedy for defects, or a mandatory statutory right applies, validly paid amounts are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
No proportionate part of the amount paid is refunded merely because of unused time or content, non-use of the Service, inactivity, ceasing to use the account, not achieving expected results, or cancellation after a paid period has already begun.
8. Requests Outside the Money-Back Guarantee
Requests that do not meet the conditions of the contractual Money-Back Guarantee may be reviewed case by case, at the applicable Seller's reasonable discretion, where permitted by law.
A refund approved at the Seller's discretion applies only to the specific transaction approved. It creates no precedent, continuing entitlement, or right to future refunds, and does not waive the terms for later subscription renewals or purchases.
When reviewing a request outside the contractual guarantee, Customer Support may request reasonable evidence of the purchase, use, access, delivery, or the issue raised.
9. Abuse, Repeated Refund Requests and Payment Disputes
Where permitted by law, we may refuse or limit a refund under the contractual guarantee or at our discretion if evidence has been manipulated, falsified, materially incomplete, or misleading, or if repeated or systematic refund requests are inconsistent with the promotional purpose of the guarantee.
We may take reasonable steps to identify repeated refund attempts, taking into account linked accounts, payment methods, identities, devices, or other relevant indicators. Where appropriate, we may also take into account disproportionately intensive use of the Service followed by a refund request under the promotional guarantee.
These safeguards do not remove independent mandatory statutory rights merely because a customer has exercised them.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact Customer Support first at hello@liverdetoxprogram.app so that we can investigate and try to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this Policy prevents you from exercising non-waivable rights with your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or card network.
If a chargeback or payment dispute has already been opened for the same transaction, a parallel discretionary refund review by the Seller may be paused until the dispute is resolved, to avoid a duplicate refund.
10. Seller, Merchant of Record and Payment Providers
The LIVER DETOX Program is operated by PMC Baltic FZ-LLC. Unless the checkout, purchase confirmation, receipt, invoice, or other transaction record expressly identifies another authorized Seller or Merchant of Record, PMC Baltic FZ-LLC is the contracting party for direct website purchases.
Depending on geography, currency, payment method, acquiring partner, or transaction settings, another authorized Seller or Merchant of Record may apply. Payment processors, payment gateways, acquiring partners, and payment administrators may process payments, refunds, reversals, authentication, fraud screening, and chargebacks, or provide payment support, without thereby becoming the contractual Seller.
Charges appear on your bank or card statement as “allmembership”. A descriptor that differs from the brand shown to customers does not by itself mean that a transaction was unauthorized.
11. Refund Processing and Effect of a Refund
If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method or by another technically appropriate route supported by the original transaction.
The time it takes for the funds to reach your account may depend on the payment provider, bank, e-wallet provider, card network, or other payment participant.
A refund applies only to the transaction for which it was expressly approved. Once a refund has been approved or processed, access or benefits granted solely for the refunded payment may be withdrawn, subject to applicable law.
12. Review Process
A complete refund request will normally be reviewed, and a decision provided, within 10 business days of receiving all the information reasonably necessary to assess it.
Complex investigations involving fraud, payments, chargebacks, technical issues, banks, payment processors, platforms, or other third parties may take longer.
Where applicable law, payment network rules, a regulator, or another binding rule sets a shorter deadline, that shorter deadline applies.
13. Mandatory Consumer Rights and Statutory Withdrawal
This contractual Money-Back Guarantee is a voluntary promotional benefit, separate from mandatory statutory rights.
Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. These include statutory rights to withdraw from or terminate a contract, rights concerning defective or non-conforming digital content or services, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, and other mandatory remedies.
Where the immediate start of digital content or services affects a statutory right to withdraw from or terminate the contract, the express consent, acknowledgment, checkbox, or other valid mechanism required by law must be obtained or applied in the relevant purchase flow. Publishing this Policy alone does not extinguish a statutory right.
The participation or evidence requirements of the contractual Money-Back Guarantee are not used to defeat an independent mandatory statutory remedy.
14. Language and Policy Updates
The original version of this Policy is in English. If a translated or localized version differs from the English version, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory local-language requirements remain unaffected.
We may update this Policy prospectively to reflect changes in the Service, offers, payment infrastructure, business operations, or legal requirements.
An update does not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued under mandatory law or under the guarantee terms of a specific purchase that were accepted when that purchase was completed.
